The Sunkiller

What if the sun would set to never rise again,
it would just refuse to shine on such a mean world,
you'd get up in the dark and ask yourself what's going on,
the sun fulfilled the deepest dream of mankind,
it stopped shining so all their dirty acions can be hidden lots better,
I wonder what the goverment would say,
how they'd explain the people what happened

they'd tell lots of lies but wouldn't tell that exactly these are a mainreason why the sun refuses to do its work,
and people would belive and go back to work during the week and to church on sundays to pray for a wonder,
but shortly after live would go on as it ever did and humankind would go on not being true till the moon and all the stars would go out too...
