Siren will appear in the middle of the ocean and play her harp. Her magical song damages all your enemies. Move-Find ability makes it important to keep her junctioned to some one in the party at all times. Her Magic Bonus should be used on some one whose magical abilities you are trying to build up (Rinoa, Selphie, Quistis).
You can draw Siren from the boss fight against Elevoret after battling Wedge and Biggs on top of the communications tower. She can also be drawn in Ultimecia's Castle.
