Pandemona is another GF that looks odd. He is multicolored and has what appears to be a vacuum cleaner attached to his back. When summoned he sucks your enemies into his sack, and then blows them back out again.
When your party return to Balamb on Disk 2. You are in search of Ellone. You get into a fight with Raijin and he then runs into Balamb hotel. You are immediately put into another Boss fight. Raijin has Fujin to help him. Pandemona can be drawn from Fujin in the boss fight. Otherwise Pandemona can be found in Ultimecia's castle.
