Irvine is a good looking lady's man. He is the best sniper there is and like Squall, is also somewhat of a loner.
Irvine is a very puzzling character, he is a great sniper but spends a lot of his time alone. Irvine is a person who does not make friends easily. He isn't happy when he is asked to join Squall's group during their "visit" to Galbadia Garden. He openly would much rather be in the close vicinity of good - looking young women than discuss strategy with his companions. Irvine manages to enjoy being around the girl's in Squall's team, but after a while he also learns to trust everyone else.
Despite his first impressions Irvine is in fact extremely serious. Irvine can often become "spooked" while sniping, this is because he seems to have a personal fear of failure, but he learns to overcome this around his new friends. Irvine, should not always be taken seriously, but he does give good advice quite often. He is certainly a very valuable edition to your team.
Limit Break: Shot
A list of acquired ammo is displayed and you must select one. You the have to shoot the enemy by pressing the R1 button repeatedly. There are 8 different types of shot:
Normal Shot (Normal ammo)
Scatter Shot (Shotgun ammo)
Dark Shot (Dark ammo)
Flame Shot (Fire ammo)
Canister Shot (Demolition ammo)
Quick Shot (Fast ammo)
Armor Shot (AP ammo)
Hyper Shot (Pulse ammo)
The ammo can be bought from shops or refined using the ability "Ammo-RF".
