LIKES: Roleplaying, destroying the forces of evil, people who don't whine (but instead voice their opinion without "U SUCK!" mentality, cherry pie DISLIKES: Whining players, stupid rules ("ALL FISH STEAKS MUST BE COOKED"), People who don't read the manual, the forces of evil, snipers, cheaters, etc. FEARS: Poorly made pudding, the LOTS shard, evil things that are more powerful than he is THEME SONG: Deep Fried, Live!'s Theme Deep Fried, Live! Homepage ABOUT HIS NAME: Ever played a card game called Magic: The Gathering? Well, for all of the long-time players, look for a Legends card called "Ruins of Trokair". Biography Since my discovery of online games and the Internet in general about six years ago (I'm 14), I've played quite a bit. From StarCraft and Diablo on BattleNet, to things like Civilization II, and eventually to games like Ultima Online and Tribes, I've played just about everything. Out of all my experiances though, it never ceases to amaze me how some people have this sort of "hive mentality". :D Take Ultima Online for example. Never before have I seen so many people BENT on just trying to raise stats and such! Whatever happened to roleplaying, just talking with your friends, and assembling a group to go whoop the rival guild? I give out a hearty congrats to those who have stuck with it for all these years, for you are the ones who keep the "other things" alive. What we need nowadays is more people willing to WORK TOGETHER and HAVE FUN than focus on trying to make themselves better than everyone else. Anyway, after seeing all of this, I've taken the most merriment in watching the yelling, whining, annoying idiots mess up. :D You can imagine the look on my face after hearing the same crappy Tribes II sniper (with poor aim) say, "HAH! Is that the best you can do?" 400 times and nailing him in the head with a laser blast from my sniper rifle. (Note to the Sniper: Don't take time to gloat!) And to some of my so-called "teammates" who say "REPAIR OUR GENERATOR!" and then decide to go after the enemy flag, do it yourself. I'm busy. |
