Created in 1974, the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice has made a goal of achieving equal justice for blacks and other minorities in the justice system. Our members consist of criminal justice professionals and community leaders such as those in law enforcement, institutional and community corrections, courts, social services, academia, religious and other community-based interests
