BrowseWindow instead of a ComboBox

Instead of a ComboBox bound to a field, this module link a
ToolWindow FieldBrowser to an SLE. As the SLE is edit, seek
is done in the Browser and the Brower:TextValue can be given
to the SLE. It is very fast and Geoff had test it in a big
database with the same speed result.
