THE MERCENARY THROUGH TIME AND SPACE

 

 

 

Chapter 7

 

 

 

Returning to his space, Kelvin left the girls bound and gagged, and returned to his castle. He quickly came back, with a switch... and a camera !

 

 

 

Kelvin : Lookin' good. This should make quite a memory...

Hikaru : Mmmmmpphh !

Kelvin : Aww come on... Say cheese, ladies !

 

 

 

The girls ignored him and struggled, but Kelvin took a shot anyway. Then, he turned the Wanderer on again and this time headed to the floating tower where The Evils resided. Surprisingly, Debonair, Amakusa, Luther, Dong Zhuo and Nobunaga were all waiting for him in the courtyard. Kelvin quickly came out.

 

 

Kelvin : Mission accomplished

Luther : Care to show us the damsels ?

Kelvin : Just a minute.

 

 

Kelvin returned to the Wanderer and pressed the switch he brought. The girls were untied from the chair, but the ropes that bound their body and arms were still intact. The ropes that bound the legs also vanished. Hikaru tried to dash and attack Kelvin, but when he pressed a button in the switch, the ropes that used to tie her legs reappeared and tied her up, making her trip.

 

 

Kelvin : You can't escape. Deal with it. Now move.

 

 

Kelvin then pressed the switch again, vanishing the leg-tying ropes on Hikaru. He then escorted the damsels to the outside, to meet The Evils. All damsels were surprised to see them, as they struggled again, as Kelvin pressed the switch again, and made the leg-tying ropes appear on them again.

 

 

Debonair : You did a very good job, Kelvin. Now with the Pillar of Cephiro in my hands, nothing can stop me for spreading terror in Cephiro...

Kelvin : Yeah, whatever. The reward ?

Dong Zhuo : Here you go !

 

 

Dong Zhuo stepped back and revealed several huge suitcases of gold !

 

 

Kelvin : Whoa.... this should be good. Well, then. I'm outta here. Good to do business !

Nobunaga : Humph...

 

 

Kelvin then returned to the Wanderer, alone, while the villains held their respective prisoners. The girls struggled and moaned, but those were not enough to free them.

 

 

Dong Zhuo : Tell you what, all the girls are hot ! Maybe I ought to send them to my bed...

Zhen Ji : Mmmmpphh !! Mmmmmpphh !!

Luther : Silence, fool ! I'm thinking for a way to punish them for all they have done...

Amakusa : Perhaps we should use the Five Death Chambers ?

Luther : ... That's it ! We'll use that !

Debonair : But it's not active yet. To activate them, we need to revive their guardians... And that'll take time.

Luther : ... Fine. Let's just lock them up somewhere while we prepare to revive the guardians.

 

 

The villains took the girls to a certain prisoner room, and threw them in there, and locked them inside... They struggled and moaned continuously, even though it produced no results at all. They're still bound and gagged... Until...

 

 

While struggling, Maria bumped her arm with Hikaru's. She has quickly scanned the situation that other than her and Hikaru, the others seemed to be from the past, and thus did not know about duct tape, the only thing used to gag her.

 

 

Maria : Mmmpphh mmmfff.

Hikaru : Mmmff ?

Maria : Mmmmmfff *signing that something must be done on her mouth*

Hikaru : ....

 

 

Hikaru quickly knew what Maria meant. She tried to get up, and hopped, facing away from Maria, and she struggled, trying to make her arm reach the duct tape that gagged Maria. She kept trying and constantly failed. But, her effort caught the attention of the other girls, and they stopped their useless struggle. Finally, Hikaru managed to remove Maria's gag.

 

 

Maria : Thank you. For now, everyone, we have to work together to remove each gags !

 

 

The other girls had no choice but to obey. After quite a long time, everyone had their gags removed.

 

 

Ina : Where are we ? This place seems so... weird.

Zhen Ji : These bonds are way too tight... That guy sure knows his stuff.

Nakoruru : ... Uh....

Hikaru : Maybe we should introduce ourselves first ! I'm Hikaru. Shidou Hikaru ! What about yours ?

Nakoruru : I'm Nakoruru...

Maria : Maria Traydor.

Zhen Ji : Zhen Ji...

Ina : Morimasa Inahime... but you can call me Ina.

Maria : .... Okay. Now we need to think of something to get out of here...

Zhen Ji : Maybe we should try untying each other.

Hikaru : Sure !

 

 

Hikaru then moved herself near Zhen Ji, and both tried to untie each other. However, no matter how hard they try, they could never untie themselves.

 

 

Hikaru : How can this be...

Zhen Ji : ... I told you that guy knows his stuff when it comes to tying things...

Ina : But, he wasn't doing this for himself... Our captors seemed to pay him or bribe him...

Nakoruru : Maybe he's some sort of mercenary ?

Maria : Most probably. Anyway, if that 'teamwork' failed, we need to look for objects that might just free us.

 

 

And so, everyone tried to look for something... It was until Ina saw Nakoruru once again struggling.

 

 

Ina : What are you doing... um... Nakoruru ?

Nakoruru : Ah... Actually... my knife...

Ina : Knife !? Where ?

Nakoruru : It's behind me. Because I'm all tied up, it looks like I can't reach it.

Ina : Of course you can't get it alone. Here, I'll help you out.

 

 

Ina then hopped to approach Nakoruru. Nakoruru then faced backwards, revealing a knife tied on her cloth belt. Ina then ducked a bit and did her best to reach the knife. Finally, thanks to her dexterity, she managed to pull it out, without hurting Nakoruru. The other girls then turned their attention to the two.

 

 

Maria : Good workout, Ina !

Ina : This is good...

Nakoruru : Uh... could you please cut these ropes ?

Ina : Well, I'll do that without your request.

Nakoruru : Please be careful not to slash me !

 

 

Ina then slowly cut the ropes that bound Nakoruru. She finally managed to cut all the ropes that bound Nakoruru, without slashing her accidentally. Nakoruru then proceeded to grab the knife and cut the ropes that bound the girls.

 

 

Zhen Ji : Whew. I owe you one.

Nakoruru : It's all right. Now we need to get out of here !

Ina : But how ?

Hikaru : I still have my magic. Everyone, stay out of the door !

 

 

Hikaru then took a distance from the door as the others got away from it. She started to gather the power of flame around her...

 

 

Hikaru : BLAZING ARROW !!!

 

 

Hikaru then blasted the door with her spell. The course was clear, thanks to her.

 

 

Zhen Ji : What... was that ?

Ina : Sorcery... I knew it.

Maria : Don't worry about it too much ! For now we need to focus to get out of here !

 

 

Then, the group of girls ran off. Surprisingly, there are no guards within the tower. They finally managed to get to the entrance hall... until suddenly, Hikaru's run was suddenly blocked with an invisible barrier, knocking her down.

 

 

Hikaru : AH !!

Maria : You okay ?

Ina : ... It's an invisible barrier... But...

Zhen Ji : I don't think we can escape easily with this...

???? : That is very right, ladies...

Nakoruru : *gasp* That voice...!

 

 

Suddenly, all the girls started to float, and they found out they have been sealed inside a magical orb ! Amakusa then came behind them.

 

 

Amakusa : Hahaha... I knew you'll escape somehow...

Ina : No... we've fallen to his trap again !

Nakoruru : Amakusa, you will regret this...

Amakusa : Make me, my dear... Now, you're coming with me...

 

 

Amakusa then started to leave the hall. Magically, the orb containing the girls followed him. The girls have tried their best to escape... but it ended like this...?

 

 

Meanwhile, back to Kelvin, he just took a research, paying with the golds he achieved from The Evils. But so far, the only thing he knew was that he was no normal human...

 

 

Kelvin : (If I'm no normal human... then what am I...? Why do I look like a human...?)

 

 

Just then... suddenly he received another chill... It appears to be a call... but when he came to the computer, he was faced with the faces of his requester... in form of FIVE men !!

 

 

Kelvin : Oh man... Now five requests at once ? Well... guess I'll have to do THIS...

 

 

Kelvin then proceeded to type some buttons... what was he planning ?
