2. If you make a top 10 characters list, be sure that you mention which game/anime the character come from ! Unless... you make a top 10 characters from a series list (such as top 10 Final Fantasy Characters).
3. The top 10 must be oriented to Anime/Video Game/Cartoon. Top 10 most bad ass anime characters can count, but I do not accept the likes of top 10 bands, etc.
4. I'll add more later. But don't fret out if your top 10 lists are scrapped by me !
