The heroes stood before the creature, the girls glowing ball of light was getting bigger and bigger. The creature looked around, at the heroes, at the damsels in distress, then at the glowing ball of light. It seemed to be against him, but a wide smile crossed his face, this was actually what he wanted. He took two steps towards Batman, who threw a smoke bomb at the creature, this hit the creature square in the chest. He did not respond to the attack. He merely continued to walk and reached his fist in the air. He struck the ground below him, finding nothing.

”Argh! Stupid heroes!” he murmured, then was shocked when he saw them standing behind him, Batman leapt to the air and gave a kick to the creature’s face. “Ahhhh! You will pay for that vigilante!” He charged at the Dark Knight, who jumped to safety, then with a flip, he went over the creature. Then Link 1 charged with the Master Sword in hand. The creature stood his ground and as Link 1 with a battle cry in his throat tried to cut the creature. With a small smile, he stepped out of the way. Link’s sword missed, but with a slash to the right, targeted the creature again. With a bit of a shocked look, he turned his head and dodged again. This move had thrown Link 1 slightly off balance, but with a cartwheel, regained his footing. Link 1 turned his head sharply and looked at the creature in the eye. The creature took out when of Ganon’s swords. Which Link recognized.

“That’s the sword he used in our battle!” Link 1 exclaimed, shocked.

“Correct, Hero of Time.” He smiled, as he raised his sword. Link 1 slashed with his swords, both struck the others blade as they stepped back from the force of the blow. “Take a break ancestor.” Said Link 2 as he came running in with his Master Sword at the ready. The creature was at first shocked, but laughed. “What is this? A little kid thinks he can beat me?” With a smile he raised his blade and attempted to bring it down upon the young warrior. But much to his surprise with a roll, Link 2 had dodged the attack. With a battle cry in his throat, Link strikes the creature’s tail. “AAAHHHH!” he screamed in agony. “Now!” he yelled as Link 3 and Link 4 stepped in front of the still screaming creature.

“Doesn’t get much easier than this.” Link 4 grinned. “That it doesn’t.” Link 3 grinned back. They charged their swords. “You know, I never dreamed I’d be seeing a descendant of mine.” Said Link 3.

“Hey, I can’t say I expected something like this to happen, but it’s a honor to be fighting with my ancestors, true heroes. Like I always wanted to be.” Link 3 smiled, “You are a hero. I can tell.” Link 4 stood a bit stunned at this, but with a contented sigh and charged his sword. “Thank you.” Was all he could say, the creature turned towards the two Links.

“You two think that by attacking me at the same time, it’ll make a difference?” he growled with rage. He then gave off a nasty smile and took two steps. “We’re certainly gonna try.” Said Link 3 as he both he and Link 4 unleashed the beams from their two swords. The creature let out a large yell as the beams struck him in full. He stepped back, but regained his footing and began walking towards them, Link 3 and Link 4 strained a little trying to keep up their attack. But the creature began to walk towards them, laughing as he waved his sword around in the air. Link 3 and Link let out surprise looks, as the beam just seemed to bounce off him. Zelda 3 and Zelda 4 had scared expressions on their faces as the creature continued to walk forward, his paced quickened into a run, then he raised the sword….

“DARK MAGIC ATTACK!”

A ball of light struck the creature knocking him off balance and onto the ground. “Yugi! Boy! You’ll pay for that!” let out the creature, seething with anger as Zelda 3 and Zelda 4 both let out sighs of relief from under their gags. The Dark Magician stood there, with smoke emitting from his staff. “Sorry monster! But I won’t let you hurt anyone anymore!” The creature stood shocked and laughed like a maniac. “Please, watch as I destroy your little magician in two seconds!” He then began to charge an energy ball in his hands, once it was finished he aimed at the Dark Magician, but then the Flame Swordsman struck him from the side. “Ah! Damn!” he let out in pain, as his stomach burst with small flames.

“Joey?” asked Yugi, shocked. Joey came running over to his best friend and stated. “Hey Yuge, I don’t want to sound like Tea when she’s giving her little friendship speech, but that’s what I’m getting at. I’m not gonna let you do this alone.” “I knew I could count on you Joey.” Yugi smiled at him. “Your little friendship touches me, duelists.” He then let out an evil smile. “But I’m afraid it won’t be enough.” Yugi and Joey commanded their monsters forward. The Flame Swordsman threw his sword down at the creature, which he blocked with his sword. “Please, this monster is so weak. It’s not even funny.” He smiled and with a nasty laugh, cut the Flame Swordsman down with his blade. The Dark Magician powered up another energy ball, but before he could launch it he was met by an energy ball from the creature, which caused the Dark Magician to explode.

”Oh no!” let out Yugi. “Oh yes!” let out the creature as he laughed in triumph. “None of you have been able to hurt me. I’m getting bored. It’s time I ended this- ARGH!” he screamed in pain as the ball of light finally hit him. “MMMMPPPPPHHHHH!” let out the girls, in delight, as they saw the ball hit him. “Link! NOW! Use the Light Arrows!” came a message from Zelda 1 to Link 1. “Right!” he said, triumphantly as he take out his bow and prepared a Light Arrow. “It’s all over!” he shouted as he prepared to let the arrow fly. “No! No!” screamed the creature. “I can’t lose! I WON’T lose.” But it was too late; Link 1 let the arrow fly. Each hero and girl watched with hope. “ARRRGGHGHG! AAAAAHHHHH!” screamed the creature, as with a might push broke the ball of light that was immobilizing him and with a mighty slash, destroyed the arrow. Each hero and girl reacted in shock.

“HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!” the creature broke out into hysterical laughter. “That was your triumph card? If so, you’re gonna have to do better than that!” he then broke into more laughter. As the heroes stood too stunned to move.

“It’s… hopeless.” Said Link 3. “No.” said Batman. “NOT YET!” Batman was pointing at the creature, something was wrong as yellow beams started emitting from him. “What… what’s happening?” he let out in shock and fear as several balls of light came out of him. “WHAT IS THIS TRICKERY?” The balls of light emitted a flash display of light and disappeared.

Meanwhile, in Domino City, Tristan, Mai and Duke were at Yugi’s house. “You know, it sure is taking Yugi and the others a while to get back.” Said Tristan. “I know.” Said Mai, as she sipped her tea. “I mean, Joey’s not exactly the brightest duck in the pond, but Yugi, Tea and Serenity should know better.” She said as she finished drinking her tea. Suddenly a ball of light emitted in front of them, this caused them to jump back in shock. Causing Mai to spill her tea on Duke. “OW! That’s hot tea!” he let out. All three of them stood shocked as it just stood there. “What is this?” said Tristan as he pulled up closer to it; he reached his head out to touch it. But as he did, he felt a sensational feeling going through his body as he opened, suddenly images flashed in his mind: A ugly creature, a battle worn Yugi, a battle worn Joey, a bound and gagged Tea and a bound and gagged Serenity.

“Ah! Guys, its’ Yugi and Joey. They’re in trouble!” he said. “WHAT? How do you know?” said Duke. “I just know! I saw them in there, touch it yourselves and see!” he said in desperation. Mai and Duke looked at each other and they reached inside the ball. They reacted with shock. “Wow! Tristan’s right actually!” said Duke. “What do you mean, I’m always right!” lashed out Tristan. “Whoa boys! Calm down.” Said Mai, Tristan and Duke took deep breaths as Mai continued. “Yugi and Joey are apparently fighting to save us all by the looks of it. What do you say we help them out and give them a little cheer?” Tristan and Duke looked at each other and smiled then looked at Mai. “Yeah.” “Sure.” They both took their stance with Mai and shouted: “GO YUGI! GO JOEY!” The chant continued….

Meanwhile, in Gotham City, in the reaches of the Batcave, the ball of light had already Nightwing, Robin and Alfred, who had already seen what was going on. “Batman’s fighting to save Barbara and the whole world!” let out Robin, amazed at what was going on. “And we can’t do anything to help unfortunately.” Said Alfred, sadly. But Nightwing smiled and said. “Maybe not physically, but we can give him a good cheer.” “COME ON BRUCE!” shouted Robin, with much enthusiasm. “Take that ugly guy down!” shouted Nightwing, they both looked at Alfred, waiting for him. “Um… go Master Bruce?”

Meanwhile in the land of Hyrule, Link 1 and Zelda 1’s Hyrule. The ball of light had reached Lon Lon Ranch where many of Link and Zelda’s old friends had gathered. “GO LINK! GO LINK!” let out the Kokiri, led by Saria. “Link can do it, he can save Princess Zelda!” said Malon, happily. “Yes, honey. I know he can.” Said Talon, happily to his daughter. The Gorons were shouting: “LINK! LINK!” The Zoras joined in. Meanwhile, the citizens of Hyrule Town all shouted in unison. “LINK!” Meanwhile as the cheering was going on, Saria walked away from the cheering, she sighed contently and said: “Link, you can do it.”

Meanwhile on Outset Island, Link’s family and friends were gathered around the ball of light. As Aryll led the cheering to help her older brother. “GO BIG BROTHER!” she shouted loudly, as others joined in the cheering. “Link, my child, I believe in you.” Said Grandma.

Meanwhile in Link 3 and Zelda 3’s Hyrule. The King had assembled a mass of friends of family to Link and Zelda. “That brave lad, Link is fighting to save my daughter. Let us all give him a cheer to help him fight on!” the King shouted to mass crowd of people. “GO LINK! SAVE ZELDA!”

Then in Link 4 and Zelda 4’s Hyrule, the King there had assembled a similar mass of people with them already shouting: “GO LINK! HE’S OUR MAN!” The King turned to his council. “Please Link, save my daughter….”

Meanwhile back in at the battlefield, the voices were coming through, everyone was looking around. The creature in fear, as he angrily yelled, “WHERE ARE THOSE VOICES COMING FROM?” he then fired many energy balls into the sky. “MMMPPPPHHHH?” the girls let out confused. “Those voices…” said Link 2, in shock. “That’s Malon, and Talon.” Said Link 1, staring at the sky where the voices were coming from. “Yugi, that’s Mai!” said Joey, happy to hear the sound of her voice. “Yes, Joey. They’re all counting on us.”

“Then let’s not disappoint them!” said Batman, as he charged towards the creature and with a flip in the air kicked the creature with both feat. “Uh!” let out the creature as he stumbled backwards. Yugi took out his Dark Magician card and brought it back to the field with a Monster Reborn card, he smiled as the Magician appeared before him. “Go Dark Magic Attack!” he yelled with much urgency, the Magician complied immediately, knocking the creature over with a magic attack. Using his Monster Reborn card, Joey brought back the Flame Swordsman. “Alright guy, hit him with everything!” Joey yelled to his monster, it was quick to comply as it slashed the creature across the chest. “AAH!” Link 1 joined and with a wide cut, slashed him again. “AH!”, Link 2 joined in, as blood began to come out of the creature’s chest. Link 3 was next to follow, the creature’s face twisted with pain as he saw Link 4 come up and deliver another blow.

“OOOHHHHH….” The creature let out in pain. “It is over, surrender now! Or I’m afraid, I’ll have to break my no kill promise.” Said Batman, readying a Batarang. The creature stumbled back a few ways, but he regained his balance and shouted: “NEVER!” The creature then ran over to the force field, with a slash of his blade, destroyed the force field and quickly reached in and picked up all 7 girls. “MMMMMPPPPPPHHHHHHH!” they screamed. The heroes stood for a moment shocked. “PUT THEM DOWN…. NOW!” seethed Batman through raw anger.

“I don’t think so, to attack me would be to destroy them as well.” He gave out a nasty smile. “YOU COWARD! WHY TAKE HOSTAGES!” shouted Link 1 as he and the others seethed with raw anger. “Why not? All the cards were –ARE- in my favor.” He said, smiling. “MMMMPPPPPHHHH!” the girls shouted, they nodding they’re heads telling the heroes to go ahead with the attack. But the heroes would not move. “Can’t do it eh?” he then let out a nasty smile. “THEN DIE!” Holding the girls in one hand, he powered up a huge energy beam in his one hand, then he let it loose. “MMMMPPPPPPHHHHH!” screamed the girls as it seemingly hit the heroes. “HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAHAHAHAHHA!” unable to contain his laughter, he dropped the girls’ who landed on their knees. “IT’S ALL OVER! I’VE WON! HEROES ARE SO NOBLE! ALWAYS HAVE TO SAVE THE GIRL! BUT NOT THIS TIME!” he then laughed historically, while the girls began to shed tears, then they proceeded to bawl under their gags. There was no sign of the heroes, as all that appeared on the ground was burnt ground, the creature stood his hysteric laughing and made 7 poles appeared, he then picked each girl up who responded with an “MMPPH! MMPPH!” and tied each to their own pole.

“MMMMPPPPPPHHHHH!” each girl screamed angrily through her gag. They had nothing, but hatred for this creature and wanted revenge, with pure hatred in their eyes they tried to get free, but to no avail. The creature paced around a bit and said. “You know, I’m through with you. I think I’ll just kill you now.” He raised his sword. Each girl lowered her head. The creature laughed, as he prepared to bring his sword down, there was flash and then….

The creature was on the ground, writing in pain. “MMPH?” let out the girls confused, Zelda 1 had a gleeful look in her eyes as he she turned and saw her Link standing there. “Come on, you didn’t think that would kill us did you? You know those magic cards that Yugi and Joey have really come in handy,” he said, with a wide smile across his face. “I WAS HOPING!” screamed the creature. The girls then suddenly felt themselves slip down from the poles. Link 2 had fire an arrow and had freed them from their poles. “MMMMPPPPHHH?” they let out in surprise. Then suddenly they were grabbed.” The creature took notice, as they disappeared from sight. “What? NO! My triumph card!” Batman had grabbed all 7 girls and taken them to a corner of the area. “MMMPPPPHHHH!” they let out gleefully, happy to see Batman. (Especially Barbara)

“Hold on, I’ll get you untied.” He said, as he started to untie each girl. “NO!” shouted the creature. “You won’t be getting them back!” shouted Joey. “We shall see you stupid boy!” shouted the creature in anger, as he prepared his blade, in no time at all, the girls had been untied. Barbara was first to get up and she embraced Batman. “Thanks.” Was all she could say, Batman was at first a little shocked, but said sighing, “Anytime.” Meanwhile Tea and Serenity ran over to Yugi and Joey and embraced both of them. “Yugi! I knew you would come.” Said Tea, happily. Yugi smiled and said: “Hey what are friends for?” Meanwhile Joey and Serenity continued to embrace each other. “Joey…” “I’d never let anything happen to you sis. Nothing.” He said.

Meanwhile the Zelda family had run over and embraced the Link family. “Enough of this though.” Said Zelda 1. “We’ve got some business to take care of!” she then grabbed Link 1’s bows. The other Zelda’s did the same. “Zelda….” Said Link 1. “Don’t worry Link, this guy owes me some payback.” She said winking at him.

“Oh how touching, the girls have come to help the heroes. Well, it won’t be making much a difference anyway! You are powerless in the face of the ruler of all dimensions! POWERLESS!” then he threw out his arms as he shouted: “I’LL FINISH YOU!”

Batman jumped at the creature, Barbara joined in. They both flipped in the air, and with both feet made a solid blow. The creature let out a grunt then tried to stab both, but with a cartwheel, both flipped out of the way. Link 3 and Zelda 3 both fired beam at arrows at the creature, which caused him to scream in pain. “You’re still the best archer I know Zelda.” Said Link 3 smiling at her. Zelda 3 smiled back. “And you’re still the best swordsman I know.” “Hey! Knock it off you two!” said Link 4. “Yeah, we’ve got a monster to fight!” said Zelda 4, both of them sounded a bit angry, but that was probably due to the urgency thought Link 3. He shrugged and continued to fire. Meanwhile Link 2 and Zelda 2 talked. “Alright, Link. We did this with Ganon.” started Zelda 2. “Except you weren’t in your underwear heh.” Link 2 chuckled. Zelda 2 blushed a little. “Link!” Link 2 shrugged. “Hey come on a joke in the spur of the moment.” He said. “Well, whatever. You know the drill.” She said, sighing. “Yeah.” Link 2 smiled.

Meanwhile Serenity and Tea were trying to suggest cards for Yugi and Joey to use. “You know maybe we should’ve left you two tied up.” Joey said, very annoyed. “Joey!” said Yugi, a bit frustrated. The creature watched the bickering and smiled with delight. “An opening!” he shouted and sent a shockwave towards Yugi and his friends, Yugi was first to notice and shouted. “Look out!” But it was too late; the shockwave hit the 4 of them and sent them flying, Serenity landed on the opposite side. “SERENITY!” shouted Joey, as he tried to reach for his sister. “Goodbye Serenity!” the creature shouted. “NO!” shouted Joey as an energy ball was heading towards his sister. She screamed in fear as it draws closer and closer, then….

Barbara jumped down, picked Serenity up and leapt away. “DAMN!” shouted the creature. “You ok kid?’ asked Barbara as she set Serenity down. “Yeah, thanks.” “Wait, a perfect opportunity to do this.” He smiled evilly as with his power he summoned vines from the ground, which began to tie up Barbara and Serenity. “Hey! Hel- MMPPPHHH!” they shouted, soon in no time they were covered from mouth to toe. As they fall to the ground, shouting many muffled yells, the creature laughs and begins to approach them. “MMPHH! MMPPHHHH!” Barbara and Serenity shouted in vain through the vines. The creature walked forward, he was grinning like mad as Barbara and Serenity continued to scream. He grinned as he raised his blade, Barbara and Serenity closed their eyes and lowered their heads. Then suddenly, before he could bring the blade down on the bound and gagged girls, Link 1 and Batman had appeared under him. Link 1 had blocked the sword with his own, Batman meanwhile seethed with anger and shouted: “GET AWAY FROM THEM!” He threw his Batarang into the creature’s chest where upon impact electrocuted the creature. The creature staggered back. “AAH!”

Tea and Zelda 1 immediately began to untie Barbara and Serenity. Immediately, Joey had summoned his Red Eyes Black Dragon and fired it at the creature. “Destroy that thing Red Eyes!” he shouted as Red Eyes unleashed his fire upon it. “AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!” screamed the creature; he couldn’t take much more damage he had to end the battle now, growling he take a slash at the Red Eyes, this cut the mighty dragon in half. “Oh no!” exclaimed Joey in fear, but with a fierce look on his face, he ordered the Flame Swordsman to attack. With a battle cry in it’s throat, it tried to slash the creature, but with a quick slash. The Flame Swordsman was destroyed. “DARK MAGIC ATTACK!” screamed Yugi in bitter anger. The magic attack hit the creature and his face twitched in pain. Meanwhile Barbara and Serenity had been untied. “Thanks.” They said to their rescuers. “Don’t mention it.” They said back, as they returned to their respective hero’s side. “AAH!” screamed the creature in agony. “One more big hit like that and I’m done.” He screamed in rage and anger, this wasn’t supposed to happen, he all the cards in his hand, this couldn’t be happening. “If I can’t survive another hit neither will they!” he screamed in pain. “Link!” each Zelda shouted and handed the bow back to them. “Thanks.” They said in unison.

“ALRIGHT, I WILL NOT LOSE! YOU HEAR ME! NONE OF YOU ARE GOING TO BE HAPPY TO DODGE THIS ATTACK!” he then threw his hands over his head and powered a huge yellow ball of energy, which as he continued to taunt, got bigger and bigger. “IT WILL BE OVER. SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR FRIENDS! YOU WON’T BE SEEING THEM AGAIN!”

“No!” screamed Zelda 3 in defeat as she fell to her knees and pounded the ground. “It’s hopeless!” “Don’t say that Zelda!” said Link 3. “Our best chance would be to hit him with everything!” said Batman. “Get ready!” Batman, Yugi, Joey, and the Link family all stepped up. “What’s this? The boys want to die before the girls? How noble! Be my guest!” He laughed as he continued to power his final attack. “Batman.” “Yugi.” “Joey.” “Link!” Each girl shouted as they prepared their weapons. “DO IT!” With battle cries in their throats, Batman fired his batarang, the Links their arrows and Yugi his Dark Magician and Joey with his Insect Queen. “No! No!” screamed the creature as the attacks struck him, the impact caused him to draw the energy he had been culminating. It fell down upon him, he screamed in pain, as electricity proceeded to run through his body.

“Impossible… I couldn’t…. You couldn’t…. Destroy….all dimensions… I need to reshape them….” He couldn’t believe it, after all that had happened, the kidnappings, and the epic final battle. The plan was being unraveled. This wasn’t supposed to happen. He was going to die…

He let out another small yell then screamed as explosions began to rock his body. “NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!” In a blinding flash of light, after 5 seconds, the light stopped. The winners looked and all they saw where the creature once stood was little pieces.

“It’s over.” Said Batman, sighing with relief. “It’s about time too.” Said Zelda 4. For a while they just stood there, staring at the remains. This palace must have been deserted by his followers as none appeared to continue the attack. Sighing, they decided it was finally time to go home.

10 minutes later…

The girls had gotten their clothes back and redressed. As they reached the control room, they were surprised to see all the equipment still running, the technicians had apparently abandoned the place in a hurry. Batman and Batgirl were hard at work on the computer trying to open the portal. “What a battle that was!” said Joey talking it over with Yugi. “I’ll tell you what. Wait till Tristan hears I helped save all dimensions. I can’t wait to see the look on his face.” Joey grinned, evilly. “Joey!” said Serenity, disapprovingly. “I’m sorry Serenity, I can’t help it.” Meanwhile Link 1 and Zelda 1 held hands. “Thank you Link, for saving me.” She said, happily. “It wasn’t a problem Zelda.” Link smiled back, “Not at all.” They bent towards each others faces and…. They kissed. They pulled back from each other shocked at first and what happened, but then smiled at each other.

“OK, the portals up.” Said Batgirl, triumphantly. “Then we better say our goodbyes.” Said Batman as he walked over to Link 1. “You’re a good swordsman Link, and the most mature kid I know.” He smiled. “Thanks Batman.” He smiled. “You have pretty good fighting skills.” Batman then turned to the rest. “You’re all good in your own way and you helped save the women and save all of reality. You’ll all look back fondly on this achievement.” He stopped. “Sorry, I’m not used to making these big speeches that’s always reserved for Kent.” The other Links approached Link 1. “It was honor to meet the Legend.” Said Link 2, smiling. Link 3 then added. “Now I know the truth about the Imprisoning War.” Link 4 came last to say. “I was honored to meet all of you.” Link 1 blushed a bit, but smiled. “You all carry on the blood well.” He said.

As the heroes said their goodbyes, the girls did the same. Batgirl spoke to Serenity first. “You and I probably got tied up the most.” She smiled. “Yeah, I guess we did.” Smiled Serenity back. They gave each other a goodbye hug. Meanwhile like the Link family, the Zelda family all came up to Zelda 1. “It’s a honor to meet the Princess of Destiny.” Said Zelda 2, smiling. “Yeah, the original owner of the Wisdom piece.” Said Zelda 4. Zelda 3 then finished with, “It’s a honor to be your descendant.” Zelda 1 blushed at this, but smiled.

After all the goodbyes were said and done. They walked to the portal. “Remember hold hands with your group, Batgirl and I have set so it will return each of us to our own dimension. Travel safely, and maybe, just maybe we’ll met again.” Batman finished this with a smile, and then he took hands with Batgirl. Each hero held hands with their girl then slowly they walked through the portal. After a while it closed. The battle was over. The girls were saved. The heroes had won. And the villain was dead. All was peace. They would all remember this. They would never ever forget….
