At the Game Select screen, press L, R, R, L, R, R, L, R, L, R. You can then 
enter the following codes. 
LIVES - Gives you 50 lives 
MUSIC - Sound test 
MERRY - In the bonus levels, there is a Christmas song playing, all of the stars 
are Christmas balls, and the bananas are presents. 
COLOR - Dixie's outfit is purple and Kiddy's is green. 
TUFST - There are no halfway barrels.
