| This provisions are applicable to webs of flexural members subjected to concentrated loads or reactions ot the component therof, acting perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of member, and in the plane of the web under consideration, and causing compressive stresses in web. |
| Webs with h/t ratio greater than 200 shall be provided with adequate means of transmitting concentrated loads and/or reactions directly into the webs |
