Ghost has arrived. Ghost streaks near silently into the area, coloration making it seem, at first, a shadow of something far above. From Ghost, Whiplash growls softly at the messages on the broadband, but her attention is mostly fixed on the viewscreen. Her optics are lit brightly in a sort of anticipation and her tentacles thrash around her. Ghost's engines begin to dim as the autoprogram continues to bring Whiplash to her destination. Some more time will pass before the ship rounds the planet to come up on the Exodus. AS for responses to the bradband, this voice is silent. From Ghost, Whiplash leans forward in her seat, watching the station appear in the distance over the curve of the metallic planet. Phantom floats through the vaccume of space, clutching his sensor claoking device. The charcole grey of his armor gives off no reflection, and helps him blend in with the background of space. Phantom says, "Satellite to base." Elita One says, "We receive you." From Ghost, Whiplash's hands dig into the armrests in an unconscious impatience. Phantom says, "I've got company. Decepticon tetrajet has just appeared, meaning I'm going to have to improvise. Still out of range of station. Moving as fast as I can under the conditions." Elita One says, "Understood. Keep in contact." Hyperdrive says, "Just be careful phantom. I'm playin cards with some cons ta give yas some more time I hope. I don't want to see anyone hurt." Ghost dips upwards, coming closer to the station. The autopilot program is set up to avoid running into debris, but it isnt set up to scan for anything other than debris. With a sharp turn, it begins to come infor docking, slowing down to near match the speed of thestation From Ghost, Whiplash is up and out of her seat as soon as the station looms close into view. Waiting by the entrance hatch, she listens for the teltale sounds of the airlock having been achieved. Phantom says, "Hyperdrive, if you have any pull with Ghost, now would be the time to use it." Phantom fires a quick burst of air from his fingertips sending him towards the airlock as well. Hoping to get in behind the Decepticon batallion that is obviously within the ship, he still clings to his transponder. Ghost slows to a halt as her hatch opens underneath the cowl of an airlock device.. THe ship simply waits there for the passenger to make the crossing over Phantom says, "Hyperdrive, if you have any pull with Ghost, now would be the time to use it." From Ghost, Whiplash pats the doorframe as she goes through. "Thanks Ghost," she mutters, hoping her transport can detect her words. "Do me a favor and don't come up with all guns blazing just yet. Let me see what I can swing here." Whiplash has arrived. Whiplash steps out of her transport and into the airlock, not visible to an outside viewer, but it's pretty obvious that the docking tetrajet is delivering a passenger. Whiplash has left. Whiplash boards the Exodus. Pyre says, "As no surrender has been forthcoming aside perhaps from one little Autobot, This is a final warning to all who stand against the Decepticon empire. Surrender or die. As an example of what will occur to Crystal City and autobot territory shortly, I suggest your turn your sensors on the Neurex Industrial Complex. From records this site was illegally claimed by the inhabitants of Crystal City." A salvo of missiles rains down on the industrial complex at Neurex. The weapons slice through buildings, vehicles, materials, Cybertronians. The barrage continues, edging perilously in the direction of the Iron Glacier. Elita One says, "Phantom, are you inside?" Phantom says, "Negative!" The barrage of firepower from orbit stops momentarily. Ultra Magnus says, "Ultra Magnus to Nuerex industrial complex, please respond, any survivors please respond." Exodus The devastating abomination known as the Exodus. Designed by Decepticon commander Shockwave, the orbiting killer looks most efficient in what it does. Shaped like a bloomed flower, the wicked claw petals, which are actually energy emitters, face the planet. In the center of the emitters seems to be the focal point of the weapon. Behind the actual cannon itself is a small station where the Exodus' personnel run the station. DSS Exodus - Docking Bay This room is enormious, able to house several shuttles at once for transport of supply and Decepticons. A few transport vessels are parked here and there, the crafts all marked with the same lavender insignia. In the far wall opposite of the actual entrance are a pair of silver sliding doors for the lift. The controls beside them are simple, one yellow arrow pointing up and one pointing down. Obvious exits: -O- Out leads to Low Cybertron Orbit. -A- Aft leads to DSS Exodus - GravLift. Those carefully monitoring the orbiting Station Exodus would notice that the sensory capability is now focused on its ground targets - leaving a noticable reduction in short-range, space-sensory capability. DSS Exodus - GravLift The lift is large, able to hold at least half a dozen Decepticons of average size. The walls are jet black and circular, on the wall opposite of the door is the Decepticon insignia. A dim light placed above to illuminate the small area. The control panel is marked with only three buttons, simple enough. Control Panel Obvious exits: <3> leads to DSS Exodus - Engineering. <1> leads to DSS Exodus - Bridge. <2> leads to DSS Exodus - Docking Bay. Control Panel LEVELS <1> - Bridge <2> - Docking Bay <3> - Engineering DSS Exodus - Engineering This is the actual control center of the powerful laser cannon mounted outside the station. He who controls Engineering controls the weapon of ultimate destruction. There are only four consoles controlling the weapon, one on each corner of the room. Located in the center, running down from the ceiling to the floor, is a large glass cylinder that glows a fain neon green, the power core itself. Obvious exits: -A- Aft leads to DSS Exodus - GravLift. Ghost_Disguise transmits on the coded frequency 1834, coded for command and privledged only. "Phantom to Scour. Acknowledge on a secure frequency." Scour says, "Acknowledged, Phantom. I'm reading you clearly now." Ghost_Disguise says, "Uplink in 2 nano-cycles. Prepare to lock all commands to the bridge." Ghost_Disguise says, "Acknowledge when commands are locked out." Scour says, "Affirmative." Ghost_Disguise says, "Uplink.....now." Elita One says, "Phantom, do you have weapons control?" Ghost_Disguise says, "Affirmative." Ghost_Disguise's armor seems become chemically unstable, and a small waft of smoke comes from under the armor. As the heat seems to become more intense, the armor falls off, and the standard form of Phantom is left in it's place. A small slice seems to take shape in the middle of Phantom's face, another in his forehead. Small sheets of glass seem to rotate out of these slits and towards eachother, comming together with a gleam. Phantom's optics are now hidden. The slots on the sides of Phantom's head open quickly as two pieces of metal launch themselves across his mouth, meeting in the middle and covering it. Phantom says, "Attention Pyre. This is Phantom of the Autobots. Respond." Elita One says, "Does the station have a timed destruct sequence?" Phantom says, "In a way, that is." Pyre says, "This is Pyre, I trust you are signalling your factions surrender, in which case I would prefer to hear it from Elita One, since she claims tolead your rabble." Phantom says, "Negative. In fact, I've called to offer you the chance to surrender." Pyre says, "Us Surrender? Why I think you really have went nuts. No, I will not surrender, instead I am now through waiting. As of now Crystal City and it's inhabitants are dead, and then so will the Autobots." Phantom says, "You have 1 nano-cycle to surrender, and leave this station. If you'll notice, you have no controll of your station. We have taken it over. We have locked you out. Get off my primus damned station, or I blow this core that my blaster is pressed against, and I take you and your band of fools to meet your maker." Phantom says, "Understand?" Elita One says, "Phantom, delay that and hold him off as long as possible. We're coming to help." Phantom says, "Pyre. half a nano-cycle." Phantom says, "Make it snappy." Darkmount's defense guns start up, wildly opening fire on the station in orbit. Strangely enough, Exodus is not returning fire against the Darkmount guns, nor firing or even targetting anywhere on the planet right now. Phantom says, "5. 4. 3. 2...." Pyre says, "you would not dare shoot the core" Freefall says, "Actually... he would." Phantom says, "One. Autobots...it's been a pleasure." Elita One says, "PHANTOM, NO! We're up here!" Freefall says, "WE GOT TO PULL BACK ELITA!!!!" Freefall says, "Its a good day to die." Phantom takes a deep breath with the channel still open. After a moment, he lets it out and then takes in another one, "Wreck and RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUULLLLLLLL*Kaboom*" Shockwave says, "The Autobot may have failed to stop you... But I will not, Pyre." ***Time Passes, large battle ensues outside*** Ultra Magnus arrives from the DSS Exodus - GravLift. Ultra Magnus has arrived. Ultra Magnus strides into the area. Phantom is now a permanent part of the southern most wall. The core is gone, and all power to this level is gone. In the four corners, the computer consoles have exploded, and are nothing more than a pile of useless parts. But, as if putting the top angle of a pentagon, the sparks that were once Phantom shimmer in the darkness. Ultra Magnus lumbers in, his bulky mass still not great for moving around in zero G, looking around the obliterated room he spots what could be Phantom, occupying the inside of a wall, "Primus...got to move fast." Magnus pushes himself quickly towards the wrecker, and begins to delicately pull him from the wall. Ultra Magnus transmits a radio message. As Ultra Magnus starts to pry Phantom out of the wall, the Wrecker does his best to communicate with his superior, "Elita...*staticsizzle*...back...up....safe.*sizzlebreakup*...tell...her. Ultra Magnus says, "Don't worry Phantom, you saved us all, this station won't be causing any more death. Now we have to get you out of here...and hope I can recall which wall is the exterior one." Phantom says, "....*static* *fizzle* *crackel* North..." The sizzling and sparking suddenly cease, and what is left of the Autobot goes limp. As the laser core shuts down, the parts of the body that are in the large hands of Ultra Magnus start to go from dark grey and white, to the color Optimus will turn in 4 million and 21 years. Ultra Magnus receives a radio message. Ultra Magnus nods sternly, "Good, I hope that explosion weakened it enough, without gravity I don't get a great deal of a run up at this." Ultra Magnus trnmasforms, moving in such a way that Phantoms body is automatically placed in his transport The robot before you folds down into the form of an armoured troop transport. Solar says, "4 astrocycles till the Exodus goes BOOM" Freefall says, "I know... and that thing is powder keg!" Ultra Magnus comes flying out of the space station, smashing through a wall as explosions rip through the station once more From Sojourn, Elita One dives away from Sojourn's entrance as Ultra Mangus comes crashing in. Whiplash is thrown in a tumble through space from the force of the blast. Catching Ghost's motion form the corner of one optic, she reaches out with one hand and numerous tentacles to latch onto Ghost's wing. A rain of metal shards peppers the area.
