I have worked for General Motors for 30 years. During my time there I have watched cars and people change. I have had some of the worst jobs there and have worked some of the best. I have also learned to enjoy working with people, they are worth more than all the cars I've helped to build. At the present time I am retired but I was classified as a Team Coordinator. I helped people with their jobs. I worked on quality issues that affect the cars that we built.
During 1991 I became interested in Amateur Radio(ham radio). I took the test and became licensed as N8QGE. The test that I took was a combination of questions on eletronics, feed lines, antennas, RF safety, and CW (Morse code). I have talked to people half way around the world. From Russia to Japan to Australia. I've talked to people in every state and hold several operating awards.
On 03/04/2008 I lost my wife of 38 years to cancer.
