Power Hits-103.3
n/a
Bettendorf
With a transmitter on the Northwest Bank Bldg in Bettendorf at Middle Road and Spruce Hills Road. Power Hits 103 came on in the Spring of 2006. However they never had an license for broadcasting from the FCC. They used a clause in the War Powers Act to broadcast without a license. They out lasted visits from the FCC and court appreances. However they could not out last their landlord. They were locked out of the office they were broadcasting  and the landlord broadcasted for a while till someone probably pointed out the illegality of the station. The Station ceased broadcasting in November 2006
