Hope you like my photo of "the City of Providence." I am no longer living in a tent here, so I don't have any photos of such. When I was in the tent, I didn't have a cellphone with a camera, and a camcorder with which to record those experiences. I wish I did but I wouldn't go back there just to take pictures. If I don't find a job soon, though, who knows....

On a more exciting note... My husband and I were walking from Codac to the bus stop on the corner of Cranston Street and huntington Avenue last saturday, when all of a sudden I hear a guy yelling and my husband is on his knees in front of the laundrymat and some short fat guy with a buzz cut is holding a gun to his back. It all happened so quickly that I didn't know what the hell was going on, my first though being that he's being robbed. then I hear, Don't you remember me/ do you know who I am-and I realize that it is the owner of the 7-11.  Apparently my husband was on tape the previous week taking a couple of cereal bars and some honey buns. The owner,  disappointd that my husband did not enter the store and steal anything, chased us across the street (unbeknownst to us at the time) and accosted him.  After dragging Lenny back across the street and into the store, smashing his head into the door jamb on the way in, the cops were called. Upon their arrival they i8nformed this idiot-cum-wannabe cowboy, that because the so-called crime happened more than 24 hours ago, no charges could be filed and much to this idiot's disdain. lenny could not be charged. So we are now sueing that seven-eleven's owner, so if you go to codac or happen by the 7-11 on the corner of Cranston Street and Huntington Avenue, please don't gratify this cumshot and don't do business with his crummy store. My husband wasn't his first victim but with any luck he will be the last!
