Its time for another Bollywood flick the Kabul express. Sounded and looked like Hollywood on the ads but no way. There was no music and dancing in this one. Just the story of two Indian reporters who went to Afghanistan and got kidnapped by a Taliban fighter who hadn’t been caught by the Americans yet. It was suspenseful but by the end it had led you to feel sorry for the Taliban fighter, a very interesting approach. During the film clay got chatting to the guy next to him about cricket and Australia. In intermission he said “wait here wait here” and went and brought back bags of popcorn and other foods. It was awesome. It turned out he worked there. After the film everyone had left and he called us over to the canteen candy bar. The staff where all hanging round with the Dhoom 2 soundtrack pumping! Our favorite Bollywood music ever! Of course we had to dance. We got all the staff dancing and singing and joining in. The cranked up the volume and for the next half hour we sang and danced and laughed until we could no more. So much fun, closing time be dammed these guys where staff so they do whatever. We left with a feeling of elation. So much fun.
