Well I haven't updated in a while . Recently I've been in a inge purge cycle which I'm trying to stop. I think I hate Bulimia way worse then Anorexia, it makes me way more depressed, though it's seetling down a bit.


I recently bought the books  Overcoming Bulimia Workbook , Empty and Sometimes I act Crazy. I recently started tracking what I was eating by writing it on this sheet that has one columm Time the what I ate then I put a check mark under whether I restricted, binged, purged (Vomit or laxitives) or over-exercize and then the thoughts and feelings at the time. Been doing that for a bout two weeks. 


I started going to Danielle's Place first time last night went to a adult group support it was cool, planning on going next tuesday to nutricianal support and if I can convince my dad to let me say longer for binge breakers. ( which I seem to really need right now).  While I got there I got a book called Body Love (It's about loving your body)read it all while I was exercizing yes I know I was bad ( 3 hours of exercize but I finished the book)


I have a doctors appointment tomorrow, on my birthday go figure.
