We all have to eat to live… or should I say; we all have to live to eat…!!

Well, you can have your own opinions and can argue on it… 

All we have to do is to understand our appetite  and maintain it with an HONEST MIND…

Now you will ask me that why I’ve said HONEST MIND….  Well, how much honest can we be with ourselves when doctor says, “You have extra pounds… you have to avoid fat… and that includes MILK, CHOLOCATE, SWEETS, CHEESE, etc...!”

But do you think that a sound body exists in a Fat body…  or does it evolves from a Fat body?!
