We ship using USPS Priority Mail and UPS. Item usually ships out in 1-2 business days (when items are in stock). Allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or International Orders are subject to delay. (48 Contingent States) Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada add an additional $6.00 .
Return Policy
Since we ship out all orders within 24 to 48 hours after we recieve the orders, once an order is placed we cannot cancel the order. Please note that in the event that a package is returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address entered or incorrect shipping methods selected at time of order, which we have no control of. The customers are responsible for a $2.00 restocking fee plus any additional shipping cost for reshipment of the item. Only damaged items are eligible for returns. MICHELLE'S BABY SHOWER SUPPLIES makes every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged package. Send us a message at MZZHERSHEY@ YAHOO.COM and request a return authorization number. We will contact the shipper for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.
