Packages are subject to substution of FX and novelties (including necklaces) with a reasonable substitute at any point. In the event an equal substitute cannot be had, the client will be notified at least 2 weeks prior to the event and a reasonable discount will be applied to the package. Ocean State Acoustics reserves the right to pull any part of the package deemed non-appropriate if it does not adhere to regulations or laws which Ocean State Acoustics is aware of, made aware of, or in a situation where Ocean State Acoustics feels said part of the package is unsafe to use. If this occurs at the time of the event, the package cost will still apply in full. If this occurs within 2 weeks of the event, Ocean State Acoustics will make every effort to supply a reasonable substitute for the service in question, however the package price wil still apply in full. Other conditions may apply.
