- www.hotmail.com It provides 2MB account limit for free.
- www.mail.yahoo.com 4MB account limit with many value added features like 30 MB Briefcase and many other things, all for free. It has proved to be "The best" so far.
- www.time.net.my 10 MB of free account limit. While registering one needs to give address of some Malaysian Place.
- www.suinorthern.com.pk Unlimited space for emails. This is available to SNGPL Employess only.
- NEWS SITES
- www.dawn.com One of the best newspapers in Pakistan.
- www.faridi.net A single website refering urls of all the importnat newspapers and magazines of Pakistan.
- ENTERTAINMENT
- www.megaeast.com A great web portal. Some of the great tools it has are:
- Complete Telephone Directory of Pakistan,
- Mobile Phone Comparator,
- New Face of the day featured and updated timely.
- www.apnalahore.com A web portal for Live hearted Lahorians and tourists to Lahore. Some of its features I found very helpful include:
- Codes of some very good mobile ringing tones. This include Pakistani songs, Indian songs and English songs of various genres,
- Telephone Directory of Lahore,
- Map of Lahore for guidance.
- www.apnakarachi.com A web portal for Karachites and visitors to Karachi. Being the brother site of www.apnalahore.com, some of its features worth mentioning are:
- A complete and well detailed map of Karachi,
- Bus routes in Karachi.
- www.rewaj.com (Offers news and reviews for South Asian Music. It features many Downloadable songs in MP3 format).
