| YOUTH/AUXILIARIES OF ZETA |
| Zeta Phi Beta has long recognized the need to work cooperatively with femails of all ages in the communit who do not qualify for sorority membership. There is room for special ladies who desire to assist our organization with activities and uphold or founding principles. Zeta was the first African-American Sorority to establish official/national auxiliary groups. |
| The Pearlettes |
| Pearlettes are our precious pre-school and elementary age young ladies (age 4-8) who want to emulate Zeta's ideals of community service, friendliness to tothers and Finer Womanhood. They were first proposed in the Southern Region in 1991. At the 1994 Boule they were adopted as the third national youth auxiliary. Through various programs sponsored by the local Graduate Chapter, Pearlettes gain greater self-esteem, lasting freindships, cultural enhancement, and learn how to get along with others. |
| Amicettes |
| Amicettes are a junior high/middle school age young ladies (age 9-13) who desire to emulate Zeta's ideals. They were added to the Zeta structure in 1970. Through various programs sponsored by the local Graduate Chapter Amicettes are given oppurtunities to learn about themselves, help others, and internalize qualities that will make them good students, and community leaders. |
| Officially regocnized in 1968, the Archonettes are high school age young ladies (age 14-18) who desire to emulate Zeta's ideals of community service, scholastic achievement, freindliness to others, and Finer Womanhood. Through various programs sponsored by the local Graduate chapter Acrhonettes gain greater self-esteem, lsting friendships, cultural enhancement, and leadership skills. |
| Archonettes |
| Zeta Amicae are women who assist Zeta Chapters with activities. Members Shall be non-degreed women wo are reputable community citizens, and have an interest in Zeta ideals. They were Nationally established in 1948. |
