MEXICAN SALSA

4 tomatoes, diced
5 jalapenos, diced
2 medium onions, diced
˝ bell pepper, diced
1 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1˝ teaspoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped (adjust to taste)

Combine, cover and let sit one hour.
