JAMAICAN OX TAIL SOUP

3 pounds oxtails
1 pound white beans, soaked overnight
3 cloves garlic
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 tomato, diced
2 cups beef stock (broth or bouillion is fine)
2 cups water
2 teaspoons allspice
pinch of salt (delete if bouillion used for stock)

Brown oxtails in oil, put in pot. Cook 1˝ hours uncovered. Add soaked white beans, cover and cook for another 1˝ hours. Add shot of pepper sauce and serve.
