CHAMPIGNONS A LA CORIANDRE
(MUSHROOMS WITH CORIANDER)
Slice white or brown mushrooms (we call them Parisian mushrooms, they're smaller than portobellos) and
put them on a plate and put some lemon juice over them, then you put olive oil, they must nearly swim in it.
Then some coriander leaves, as much as you want in. Add salt to taste. Move them around to make sure all
of the mushrooms get some juice on them. Excellent appetizer.

ZUCCHINI SALAD
4 baby zucchinis, grated
1 teaspoon or more of cumin powder
Juice of 1 lemon
some salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
Crushed garlic
Mix all together in a bowl. Let it rest for an hour or 2, you can even do it the day before in
order for it to be marinated.
