The GFWC/KFWC Department shall coordinate the Club's Programs and/or actions in accordance with the GFWC/KFWC Plans of Work.

Arts Department
Chalk Art Contests, Student & Clubwoman Art Contest, support for the Maysville Players, Downtown Halloween Celebration, Riverwalk Arts & Crafts Festival, Children's Art Area.

Conservation Department
Adopt-a-Highway, recycling education, Pioneer Cemetery landscape maintenance, park projects, energy awareness, and community beautification.

Education Department
MCC tuition scholarships, support for local special education classes, Hugh O'Brien Youth Foundation, KET, adult literacy tutors, public library support and family library night.

Home Life
Women's Health Issues, Bloodmobile support, Relay for Life, Buffalo Trace Duathalon, YMCA, and health fairs.

International Affairs

Operation Smile, Save the Children, CARE, World Food Day and Blanket Romania..

Public Affairs
Veterans' Issues, Women's Crisis Center, Safe Sitter Classes, Safety, Historic Preservation.

Community Improvement Program Committee
The Community Improvement Program Committee shall be responsible for implementing a chosen project to meet a need of the community.  The Club shall select the project and it shall be impoemented following GFWC/KFWC guidelines.  Click

Club Operations
The Club Operatings Committee shall be responsible for directing the raising of funds to meet the budget of the Club.  It shall be the Chairman's further responsibility to meet with the Finance Department to coordinate the schedule of money-raising events. 

Charity Ball Committee
The Charity Ball Committee shall be responsible for directing the raising of funds to meet the budget of the Club.    Click

Membership Committee
The Membership Committee shall communicate with the Club members for all meetings and social functions.  It shall plan the meeting locations and the meals after consulting with the Vice-President.  It shall be responsible for any social functions of the Club.

Publicity/Historian Committee
The Publicity/Historian Committee shall be responsible for all press notices and publicity.  It shall compile the Pressbook, the Media Book, web site, and the MYWC Handbook.  The Vice-Chairman shall be the Club Historian.  She shall be responsible for compiling a scrapbook and keeping the history of the Club.

Resolutions Committee
The Resolutions Committee shall recommend to the Club, for its consideration, any changes in the Constitution and By-Laws.
