| Drink chamomile tea as it is a natural antihistimine, or decoct
Roman chamomile as an inhalant. |
If your asthma is allergy based and you are allergic to pollen, add
honey to any herbal tea and drink regularly to build up your immunity |
Grate some horseradish and sniff it liberally to stimulate easier
breathing. |
Make a tea of decocted horehound leaves. |
| Inhale eucalyptus in a bouquet, from a scented pillow or a heat
ring. |
Make a tea of equal parts decocted vervain, horehound and
elecampane roots. Simmer for about 20 minutes, strain and cool. Drink about 1
pint three times a day. |
Combine 1 pint Irish Moss jelly, 1/2 yellow onion and 2 cloves
garlic in a saucepan and simmer for 30 mins. Strain and add 1/2 cup honey. Take
1 TB every couple of hours as needed. |
