First off we will talk about Acrylica Arrows (Thats how you spell it honestly =P) Getting these fromt the monkey/halfling hybreds there like ore finders or something erm grimling ore finders yah , theres like camps (there hevely camped now-days) 2 of em in tenaborous mountanins off of katta these are basically the only ones to get ore Easly *this is also a decient place to PL a lowbie friend or twink while farming ore you need*. to get there go to katta (get a map and travel there , it's a fun experience if you've never been there hehe) on the top level there is a zone out by a bard spell vendor (it's in a building) go out that zone out. you will be in tenebours mountains (ha spelling) follow the right wall you will hit a corner and after the corner is One tunnel thats a camp site, if you keep following the wall you come to another tunnel (whatta know the second camp site!) if you keep going you will find a zone to some grimling place (druids can port to there lol) -- Here is the chart you will gain alot of weight from these things also hehe bring some weight reduction bags =P
3 small pices + 1 water = small brick
one block + chisle = large brick
large brick + chisle = small brick (this is the one you need)
once u get a bunch of small bricks combine small brick + arrow shaft mold + water = arcylica arrow shafts (2)

now you you have shafts lets work on condenced flame / ice / shadows shadows Condenced flame I belive drops in Scarlet desert (testing this tonight) Condenced shadows drop in akehive and Madiens eye Condenced ice drops in twilight sea (in secret area check maps)

Combine Condenced Fire /shadows / or ice in a forage with one file and you make arrow heads(2) now you have the hard to get components Combine Condenced Shadow/fire/ice Points + Arcylica aarow shaft + parbolic fletch + small grove notch =

(Condenced flame) 10dmg 4bane fire 125 range arrows (10)
(Condenced shadows) 10dmg 4bane magic 125 range arrows (10)
(Condenced ice) 10dmg 4bane ice 125 range arrows (10)

these arrows are really nice and do some serious damage quite easy to make after 202 skill about 7 out of 10 sucess rate /w 5% tool and 185 wis i'm currently at 204 skill from these and beleave they cap at 240 - 250 skill considering sucess rate on combine

Arrow shaft molds purchased in katta also
Forages is katta also so pretty much you can do the entire project in katta with adjecent zones

On a side note the condenced ice is a pain in the a$$ (hehe) to get because of hills and frame rates in twilight , the condenced flame is hard to get because them dang aliens on crack can DD you Alot for 100+ 200 if your unluckey, and the condenced shadows are a pain because you need a group to get them.

this is a very very long process also make sure to have Alot of time on your hands for small rewards (Ex. took me 2.2 hours to farm 10 condenced flame and 2hours to farm 10 acrylica and an additional hour to do the combines and the detailed work) with one skill up -- good luck fellow rangers :-) cuz yo gonna need it!
