HRM Policy
Policies contain rules and procedures that organisations follow to effectively do the tasks at hand. They usually have comprehensive policies on HRM.

Assume: You are newly appointed HR Manager at Foxen Limited, a clothing manufacturer which employs a total of 3600 employees. To your amazement you find that the company has no written policy on HRM.

Required:
Prepare a HR policy for Foxen Limited. The policy shall contain rules and procedures on the topics given below. Describe/Define each policy first before you write down the rules and procedures. Make any assumptions you need to.

1. Strategic Goal of the Human Resource Management.
2. Recruitment and Selection
3. Awards, Agreements, Employment Contracts
4. Induction, Training and Development
5. Recognition and Rewards and what motivation theories they relate to (Describe the theories as well)
6. Performance Appraisal
7. Termination
8. Employee Relations (Industrial Relations)
