HRM Policy
Policies contain rules and procedures that organisations follow to effectively
do the tasks at hand. They usually have comprehensive policies on HRM.
Assume: You are newly appointed HR Manager at Foxen
Limited, a clothing manufacturer which employs a total of 3600 employees.
To your amazement you find that the company has no written policy on HRM.
Required:
Prepare a HR policy for Foxen Limited. The policy shall contain rules
and procedures on the topics given below. Describe/Define each policy
first before you write down the rules and procedures. Make any assumptions
you need to.
