I initially wanted to do a fun, messy template with splashes and smudges, but discovered that I had this whole series of "groovy" brushes from somewhere (Can anyone enlighten me? I lost the link!) so I decided to make a brush-based one. The title is from The Boogie That Be, by Black Eyed Peas.

P/S: This template does have a blockquote; I just didn't want it to cover the background. Don't know how to do a blockquote? Just do this:
