| The future is dark. Make no mistake about it. Years of Global War has left the earth decimated and its inhabitants in despair. Precious resources have been consumed. The earth crumbles beneath a blanket of angry clouds and acid rain. The unforunate ones who survived, do so in a cold and dark place. There are no pleasures, no time for anything other than the continued struggle to survive. There is however another place, a place where all the luxuries of life exist but they do so in a vacuum. Where the inhabitants of this Megaopolis are blind to the real world around them. A place of wide advances in technology and artificial life, a safe haven or perhaps a breeding ground for the future. A future which does not include the human race. Truth however will be brought forth by a woman known only as Sever Dark ... |
