MY LINKS

Welcome to my links page. To the right you'll find a list of the business associates I have met and worked with over the many years in which I have been a successful entertainer and celebrity. I've also thrown in some links to several people lucky enough to have me as a friend. (They asked me to throw them in so their sites would get some "hits".)

As you can see, I'VE DONE IT ALL!!!

MY BUSINESS ASSOCIATES:
Jay Johnson
Jay used to be one of the fabulous three until he left to do his ventriloquism thing full time. He still opens for some of my sets at The Laugh Factory in Montreal.
Bob Newhart
Bob and I used to work a lot of the same clubs in Chicago, back in the day. It's been a long time since then! Bob's a great guy.
Randy Constan
I need background music for some of my poetry readings, so sometimes I let Randy play his acoustic guitar. If he dressed regular I bet he wouldn't be so divorced. You get the idea.
Second City Toronto
I've been doing shows at Toronto's Second City since before they left the old Fire Hall! The new Tim Sims theatre is a shithole.
Gazebo Pals
This is my good friend Dan's troupe. I work with them sometimes, write most of their material, and have them open for some of my stand-up and comedy-monologue shows.
MY CLOSE PERSONAL FRIENDS:
Wally Gifford
This is my agent's son, who helped me make this site. That's why he gets to put a link to his personal page here, but I really wish he hadn't put "Spud-Topia" at the TOP OF THE LIST. I'll make him fix it later.
Roy "Born to Destroy"
Here's a guy that knows what entertainment is all about. What a nut!
Bruce Garwy
Bruce is one of those guys I just enjoy sitting down and having a beer with. He's been reading my poetry and catching my shows for years, but our relationship isn't just a devoted fan/celebrity type of thing, it's more of a mutual friendship.
The Canadian Poetry Association
Of course I'm a member!
Cornfart Jenkinson
She ain't all there, but she's a great fan.
Cracker
Camper Van Beethoven/Cracker and I have always been pretty good friends. We're planning on recording one of my poetry readings with them providing the ambience, through a spontaneous background jam. This is one of those few things that I HAVEN'T DONE YET!
