These are the limited creatures that are allowed to roam on the two dfferent islands of Mysty Isle:

Good:
Gods/Goddesses: Wind, Life, Love, Rain, Peace. And if there is a God of Wind, there is no Goddess of Wind and vice versa...
Element Faeries: Water, Earth and Fire.
Unipegs/Pegacorns: Only 10, male and female....Akira does not count.
Dragons: 2 Golds, and 2 Silver
Angels: 5...they have tremendous power, but if Akira says that they can't do something that is big,they can't. SORRY!

Evil:
Gods/Goddesses: Death, Fire, Pain, Hate, War. If there is a God of Death, there is no Goddess of Death and vice versa.
Element Elfs: There will be 5 Element Elfs of Fire.
Dragons: 6 Red, 4 Black and 2 Silver.
Devils; 5....they have tremendous powers like Angels, but if Shadow says that they can't do something big, they can't. SORRY!
