You were walking in the woods one day, when you reach a small clearing. Strangely enough, the trees form a small circle around it, as if they were protecting it. A small mist shimmers ahead of you. You are drawn towards it, and without warning, you fall through............
You wake up, not knowing how many minutes or hours have gone by. You sit up, rubbing your eyes and look around. You rub your eyes again, unbelievingly. You have landed in a new land, a mystical land, where creatures of all kinds live. A small ball of light approaches you, and slowly grows. It becomes a beautiful pegacorn, its white horn gleaming in the sun. She smiles at you and starts to say something. "Hello human. I am Akira, leader of the good." Another animal approaches, its a dark shape, and an evil aura surrounds it. As it comes closer, you make out the shape. It's another horse-like animal..but this one is a black unicorn. It rears and bugles, its red eyes glaring out at you. "I am Shadow, leader of evil, the strong. Make the right choice and join ME in the pathetically easy fight for the islands." The pegacorn shakes her head. "Begone Shadow. This island is not for your company." She paws the ground impatiently. The black unicorn bugules once more and gallops to his own land. Akira smiles at you and speaks again. "It is your choice of course. Emerald Island or Volcanic Island, whichever you choose, you cannot stay in human form. You may have your pick of creatures. Welcome to Mysty Isle." She winks and shrinks until she is a tiny ball of light once more. It flits away and you are left with a choice. What will you choose?
