An ancient civilization of Mystic world was able to harness the power of the Mystic star through a teleportation device known as The Void.
Present day A group of Mystic world scientists discovered the Void and began to study it Found with The void was a tiny blue box known as a TARDIS from a race known as Time Lords.
Mystic Humans knowing nothing about Time lords or the Ancients assumed that the TARDIS and the void some how worked together in some way.
