Greetings!

 I am so glad you stopped by to visit my site, I do hope you enjoy all there is to see here.  You have reached a page that is just all about me, most everything you'd want to know about who I am, what I do, what I like and dislike, I'm an open book!  LOL!

Well let's start off with some personal stuff.  My name is Jen and I'm 34 years old.  I reside in Pennsylvania with my 3 dogs, Sasha, Scoobs, and Abbey.  I am recently separated from my husband of 9 years and I'm trying to get my life in order.  I'm not sure what I'm going to do next, but I'm excited about what lies ahead for me.

I am a high school graduate, and also a graduate of business school with a degree in Travel.  I am self taught when it comes to web graphics and web sites.  The more I learn, the more I enjoy it.  I started with Paint Shop Pro 6 and have recently upgraded to Paint Shop Pro 8.  The graphics on this site are not mine, they are from a site called Outlaw By Design.   I do create my own graphics and you can find them here.  The site is not yet all set up, but it will be soon - I'm in the process of moving all my graphics from my old computer to the new one I just purchased a few weeks ago.

Some of my favorite things include the mystical world of fairies, dragons, and wizards, I'm fascinated with the unexplained such as the mysteries surrounding urban legends, Jack the Ripper, and other unexplained phenomenon.  I am an avid watcher of Sherlock Holmes, Poirot, and Agatha Christie movies and serials.  I am a fan of crime drama such as Columbo, CSI, Law & Order, Without a Trace, and Cold Case. 

I am an animal lover, dogs, cats, and horses, as well as wild animals.  I am also very much involved in helping out charitable causes when I am able to.  I have organized a few charitable projects over the last 3 years, including relief drives for Tsunami victims last year, and the victims of Hurricane Katrina.  I have also organized charitable drives for St. Jude Research Hospital and other charities.

Most of my time is spent working for my family's business.  I have been a sales rep for the business for the past 13 years.  In the past, I have been an independent consultant for Avon and Creative Memories.   I have a love for scrapbooking, however due to time spent on other things, I don't have it to spend on being creative with scrapping.

I am a die hard soap opera fan of General Hospital.  I am a passionate and loyal fan to the show and it's roster of talented actors.  I have traveled across the country to meet them and just recently experienced a tour of the General Hospital set. 

Being a part of the Internet community, it gives me the opportunity to have all my favorite things at my finger tips and I am able to easily enjoy every facet of my life on a daily basis. 

My love for the mystical and magical realms have inspired Whispering Willows and I hope you enjoy your stay.
