| Marina (upper right) returned from France with a shopping bag full of Petit Bateau tshirts for us. In return, we kidnapped her Hello Kitty figurine. She'd promised us baked goods (cakes, tarts and pastries), but never delivered. Now that Moe (see column to the right) is being threatened, we will keep Hello Kitty hostage to ensure his safety. | |||||||||||||||||||||

| Moe is our office mascot. Every Monday, Audrey, our florist, brings fresh cut flowers and arranges them in our office. We discovered Moe nestled in the bouquet of tulips at the front desk last Tuesday (Jan 14). When Marina (the French girl) saw him, she said "Eeeeew... hey! You can grow him, then eat him." For his own protection, Moe was sequestered in the snail protection program. You can read his weblog here. If Marina brings escargot for lunch, we will have to hunt down the mole.
