Do you need help planning your menus? Check out Living Cookbook! My mother gave me this program for Christmas, and now I can't imagine living without it. This program stores recipes and calculates their nutrition. You can plan menus for the week (or whatever span you prefer) and then create a grocery list of the items you'll need. There's even a special calculator you can set up for determining the Weight Watchers^® POINTS^® value of a food or recipe.

I recently took the plunge and joined Weight Watchers^®. I've had great success so far with their POINTS^® system. It's simple to use and so much easier than juggling dietary exchanges.

While we're on the subject of weight loss, I found a great free site where you can get nutritional information that can help you stay on track with any diet you might be on. The site even includes information for some popular fast food restaurants. For those on the Weight Watchers^® program, you can use the calorie and fat information with your POINTSbooster^® sliding calculator to calculate your POINTS^®.
