Hair Color/Style: His hair is black, and it's spiked downwards, but not flat on his face, you could think of it looking like Wolfwood's from Trigun.

Clothing: He usually wears his favorite colors--black and white, he wears black baggy pants and a baggy white shirt. His pants like most of his has many pockets.
Personality: He's not at all a loner, he likes being around people and is talkative, and sometimes funny even. Hes got a short temper as well.
Description: He's not too muscular but moreso tall. He's got a scar across his eye from when his Charmander scratched him when they first encountered each other. He's got a necklace that on the bottom has a small yin yang sign on it.
History/Origin: His mother and dad had him in Olivine City. He always had an love for pokemon since the first time he saw one. His mother worked as a computer repairer and his father was lousy constrution worker. Neo's first experience with a pokemon happened on his 14th birthday when he was given a few pokeballs like he'd asked for to see if he could try and catch a pokemon. He walked into the plains in search of any pokemon he could find. Oddly enough the pokemon found him and snuck up behind him on the plains grounds, Neo had just enough time to turn around to see what was creeping up on him, and Charmander nailed him with a scratch on his eye. Neo held his eye which was just scratched badly as he lept back and threw a pokeball at it while looking through his left eye. First hit was the charm and Charmander was caught. Though it had seemed he was in luck his parents could never keep from fighting when they were around each other. Neo's parents split up his mother moved to Azalea Town. He still visits his father on weekends in Olivine City.
