History/Origin: Living as a wanderer, Fopher's home was around the streets of Olivine. He was often put down for being poor and dirty, yet he shrugged it off and lived life happily. His constant companion was a Growlithe which he had found at a young age and grew up with. He could feel a strong bond with it - almost like he could speak with it. Later he grew cheeky and pulled many pranks with his Pok�mon, and earned a reputation for being crafty and a bit of a half-wit.
