ANTS Place tansy and/ or strip of cucumber around the area where ants come into the house at. |

COPPER CLEANSER Plain sorrel leaves and water will scrub the shine back into copper pots. |

WINE STAINS Pour salt immediately on the area where wine has spilled and brush it off. Repeat until all the stain is removed. |

RUG DEODORIZER Put a full box of baking soda in a bowl and add 1/8 cup lavender, 4 teaspoons fennel, 5 crushed eucalyptus leaves, a dash of cinnamon, 4 teaspoons lemon balm and other aromatic herbs you enjoy. Dust your rugs before vacuuming. |

WOOD POLISH Lemon balm leaves make an excellent wood polish; the oil in them helps protect the wood and their scent leaves everything lemon-fesh. |
