| Mystical Kennel is a small, but growing kennel in Southeast Louisiana. We are dedicated to Raising and Caring for the American Pit Bull Terrier, as well as Preserving the Breed and its standards. This is our hobby, NOT our buisness. All of the breedings done here are with dogs of the best temperment. We like to pride ourselves in the health, intelligence, temperment, and working drive in our dogs and puppies! The goal here at Mystical Kennel is to produce excellent family pets and companions that will excell in everything! We feel that it is imperative that each and everyone of our dogs and puppies posess the loyalty, strength, and grit that have made this breed the ideal companions that they are. Our dogs are selectively bred only to compliment each other, and to become family members, as some may make it into the show ring. We do not breed or sell for ANY illegal or inhumane purposes. We only breed the best for the best. Here we thoroughly screen our prospective new owners to make sure that our dogs/puppies will be treated as one of the family and not otherwise. We started this kennel when we purchased our first APBT (American Pit Bull Terrier), and got hooked on their love, personality, and unmatched loyalty. We were very unpleased at the undeserved reputation that they were getting due to unresponsible owners. Then we decided to take a life stand for this great breed. Slowly but surely, we are changing some of the minds in society, the ones that are open minded! Here we feel that people need realize that ANY dog is going to turn out the way you raise it, no matter the breed. We as "Breed Ambassadors" have to get the public to see this. There is an old saying that we firmly stand by: "The only thing that man has to fear of a dog is his owner." Society needs to punish the DEED not the BREED. All owners should be held responsible for their dogs actions. We will not sell to any persons under the age of 18 unless otherwise stated. We feel that you must be able to adequately care and provide for this new member of your family. We hope you will learn some things from our site to help you better understand this wonderful breed!
