I would like too explain a little bit more about this site, It is mainly too help those who are new too building webpages get a head start on the backgrounds,Gif,Music, Etc.If your running a geocities site I can Help give step by step instructions as too how you can upload the following files on my site, how too save them and so forth, If you need help please read below. GIF Too save a GIF sinply Right click,Save as, And you're done. Now too upload this too your site Go too "PICTURES" upload,Browse, and find the picture, Then Click UPLOAD, Then on the top left hand side you will see two Words in the box, Browse and User FIles, Go too user files and find the picture you want, click on that picture and Click on the bottom of the Dialog box, OK. And you're done. MUSIC Too save a Music file Right click on the song, go too SAVE TARGET AS, and your done, simply upload it as you would a GIF image, Once uploaded close out the dialog box, go too ADD ONS , Basic, Background music, Go too browse find the song you want and hit ok. And you're done. Backgrounds Too save a background save just as you would a GIF image, Right click SAVE AS, Then go too ADD ONS Background, and select it like you would a GIF. And you're done. Too add a button too your site, once you have the button on your page DOUBLE CLICK and the dialog box will come up,You will see a box in the middle of the box that will say, Web Page URL, now if you're linking it too another site type in the sites address and hit ok, Now if it's a page on you're site you want too link, click he arrow on the box that say's WEB SITE URL and go too My Page, and then at the other end click BROWSE,Find the page you want click it and you're done.Too Link a MUSIC file go too TOP by the AD ONS CLick TEXT and Then click LINK , A dialog box will appear again saying in the down arrow section WEB URL click that go too MY FILE find the song you want and hit ok, Then in your text field type in the name of the song and you're done. Now if you're just starting you're site and when you go too view the main page and get an error saying "This page has not been made" It's because you didn't name your main page correctly. All main pages for geocities sites have too be name INDEX.HTML It will ask if you want too overwrite the exsisting files say YES. As for the main page background If you get red dialog boxes when you try too put and image or text over another "Overlapping" go too FORMAT at the top of the web page, then too PAGE PROPERTIES, you will see LAYERD HTML box click it, and too adjust you're pages height and width, The height is always correct but the width isn't you have two grey sides, just in the with erase out 650 and type in 1000.
