Herbs have many medicinal qualities. These are just a few of them.

Aloe- For healing burns, and soothe dry skin.

Basil- For taking the sting out of a bug bite when used from fresh basil leaves.

Chamomile- To sleep soundly as a tea.

Lavender- For healing a cough, a headache, or to relax.

Peppermint- Take as a tea for a nervous stomach, & to ease tension in the body.

Red Top Clover- Wonderful for the whole body. Taken as tea for good blood circulation, taken for coughs and cold symptoms, taken to relive tension & for relaxation.

Rosemary- Wonderful when used with loose tea also in baths for arthritis in joints, or as poultice on effected area of the body.

Sage- For healing a sore throat, and slow healing wounds.

Thyme- Used as tea with honey for coughs, aids in digestion & used for a hangover. Also used for muscular pain.

Loose Tea Leaves- (come in package marked loose tea leaves of different brands at store) Great for relieveing inflamation as a soak with mint. Example: a soak for feet

Strawberry Leaves- brewed as a tea for constipation
