Vangaurd: Saga of Heros. This is the next game I am waiting for. From the original team who brought you Everquest (Pre-Luclin). This I feel will bring back the excitement and the thrill that the original EQ gave so many of us. I have read and done research on this game since I heard about it and have been following Brad McQuaid even before Sigil (The Company making Vanguard) even had a web site. Needless to say I'm stoked and can't wait. I know quite a bit about this game but rather than to just blab on about it adding my input here and there. I will just give you the link to the Vangaurd: Saga of Heros website and you guys can read up, see Screens, and even watch some video. I'm very excited and when you see the site make sure to read about the team and their love for games you'll know why this many people are gossiping and waiting for a game by a new unheard of company.

***UPDATE***
Sigil announced that Microsoft will no longer be publishing Vanguard and they will publish it themselves with the help of the money grubs $oE! I along with many others who have been following this game for awhile now felt a little betrayed because we all share a mutual hate if you will for $oE. I wanted to know why. So, I had a chance to talk with Jon Grande VP of Buisness and Legal affairs. He asured me that he and a few other wrote the contract with $oE and know exactly whats in it and what the deal is between Sigil and $oE. He told me that this situation is 10 times better for Vanguard than the one they had with Microsoft. The diffrence here guys is the contract between Microsoft and Sigil was written by Microsoft. The contract between $oE and Sigil was written by Sigil. I can tell you this, if Sigil would have stayed with Microsoft they would have been underfunded, released before it was ready, given inadequate on-going development support (meaning no plans for expansions), and not to mention poor overall marketing and PR support. Now with $oE, Sigil completely owns the game and basically $oE will be handing advertising and such. I am impressed with $oE so far as they put out about $500,000 for the Vanguard Booth at E3. We'll have to cross our fingers and hope $oE doesn't ruin our game.
