I A date for the demo has been officially set: Dec 20th, 2pm.
II Also, the Glade guys are all on board. Flyers have been put up all over downtown Asheville and at the local colleges.
III A plan has been made for the demo: There will be three groups.
A Group A will fight. This will be fighting among people who know how, to give the audience some idea of what combat is like.
B Group B will mingle. These people will go out into the crowd and pass out flyers and make contacts. Basically to give people someone in the park they feel they know.
C Group C will teach new people how to fight. Hopefully there will be some interested people, and Group C will give them an idea of how to play.
IV What we have left to do:
A Organize the participants. I do not yet have a clear list of who will be helping out, and I need to decide who will be in what group. B Banner. We would like to put a big banner up in The Sword and Grail and it needs to be made.
C Flyer. A flyer needs to be made to pass out at the demo. An informational flyer, that tells: Where/when we meet, gives an idea of the game, and gives some contact information.

Who: Mystic Hills with the help of the Mystic Glade
What: A demo.
When: Undetermined. Either Sat Dec. 20th or Sat Dec. 27th
Where: The Sword and The Grail A new downtown Asheville gaming store.
Why: To recruit new guys for the MH.
How: As of now the plan is to put promotional flyers up all over town announcing the demo. Then, to fight downtown and pass out more flyers. The following weekend, we will hold the demonstration all the flyers are advertising for. There we will pass out informational flyers.
