The wind swirls and dances through the sweet smelling trees of the cherry blossoms. Several petals break free from their once steady shelter upon the branch to glide free into the open range before them. They twirl andsway like tny floating bells, till they fall upon the soft pillow of silken strands. The pillow was of soft pink, that led to dark red roots beneath, almost like a flame of violet filtered by the very air around it, cooling its hot embers. The strands fell to healthy shoulders and youthful skin. Deep jade eyes of the highest quality crrystal peeked out between the gaps in the pink. The face of the young ronin surprisingly scared in a very odd place. It was a perfect horizontal cut across her eyes, right down the center. The scar is not horrible, only a fine line for it was made by the finest of blades, the weilder just as sharp.
Then as the sunset gave way to the warm rays of dual moons of Thra'linde, she shown the grace of a calm dancer of the east. Her kimono shown her slender figure perfectly as she moved in
short footsteps, for it would not allow strides as great as she was once used to in her casual garb. But within the hour she was out the door again with a jump and quiet footfalls. Her eyes reflected the moons like glass, for they were. She could not see, that is true, but this was just a small obstacle. For many years of training allowed her to fight masterfully without her sight, so life without was not too much of a stride from it. For now she may run through the fields like the fox, and fight like the tigerm yet fly like the crane. Ironic she holds two wing tattoos on either shoulder upon her back. Kamikaze means divine wind, and Kei means rapture or reverance. Interesting how either of these seems to perfectly fit her.
A youth of the Kamikaze family, she is the latest generation and the youngest of her siblings. Never looked upon highly she soon decided to take on the samurai training that her family is famous for. Many days gave way to many years of hard and ruthless training, till the final day that she was accepted by her superiors as worthy f the honor of being a warrior, a samurai. But like all dreams they must end. Hers ended faster then any others, for within the next few years she was injured and considered usless. For not only was she a woman, but now also blind. Nothing more then a criple to them. Yes she soon learned to fight just as well or even better after it but it did not matter to them. So she could not live with the shame and ran off, a banished ronin now. Wandering the streets and fields of her homeland she soon found she could not escape her family name anywhere there, so she fled to other lands. But soon she stumbled upon a hidden cave and within the night she had blacked out and found herself in a land far different then the land she had once known, she had come to Myst. With her only companion and friend, a mouse name jinx, she set out to make a new name for herself here in this new land. Finding companionship in the oddest yet most understandble places
she finds herself back in the very place of her birth. But now with a renewed strength and a renewed sight. Now driven to solve parts of her past and help her new found family, she looks to the future with a brighter smile. A smile that she has not dawned since before the scar was placed upon her, a scar that now does not hurt at all.
