| This tournament is open to all, with the exception of partners playing from the same residence. FORMAT WILL BE AS FOLLOWS: NO rated tables, immediate DQ is game is started. 3000 NO HAND LIMIT, DOUBLE DECK, SINGLE ELIMINATION. In the event of a tie, a one hand tiebreaker will be played after confirmation bye the Host. TABLE LOCK OUT RULES: In the event that a TD finds a room locked, that table will forfeit participation in this tournament.NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. BOOTS: Each player is allowed 3 boots, per round and has 10 minutes t allow for rebooting. Please notify a TD in the event of a boot.Please stay at your table and wait for the booted player. SUBS: If a booted player does not return in the allotted time a substitute will be arranged by the Host. if player wishes to use bot if no sub they may. Its the Host choice. Substitutions or BOTS will BE allowed in all rounds including the semi finals and finals(see below). Not in finals if round starts then BOT only. SPORTSMANSHIP: We are all here for FUN and COMPETITION. Please do NOT use insults or bad language during tournament play. There will be no accusations of cheating at the table or in the open lobby, if there is a problem pm the TD and they will take the appropriate action. The failure to follow this rule may disqualify any and all participants. TABLE TALK AND NOISE: DO NOT discuss the hand in play in ANY language or signal by the use of ANY game sounds during the hand. NO AOL, ICQ YAHOO, MSN, NET MEETING or any other communication device are allowed during tournament play. If you are found using any communication devices, you will be automatically DQ'D. SLOW PLAY: If a player is continually lagging, send the TD a pm and they will ask the player to speed up play. In the event there is a dispute over the game, the TD has the FINAL DECISION.
