| Born in Moon Township Pennsylvania, just outside of Pittsburgh. Mystery Hole was formed in the summer of 1996 by lead guitar player Travis Reiser. Over the course of time the band has seen a number of members come and go until the perfect combination of musicians was finally reached, bringing the Mystery Hole sound to life. Backed by the rhythmatic sorcery of drummer Nick Tolkacevic who's style mixes jazz, rock, alternative, and funk, bass player Phil Turkas steps up to hold the pace of the music with his smooth melodic bass lines. With the mood set, the backbone of the band, rhythm guitar player Neil Kirschner, presses riffs exploding with balance and equilibrium while possessing intensity unlike any other. And to pull the music to new heights the melodic jazz inspired guitar playing of Travis Reiser drives the music to a new platform almost unimaginable coming from musicians of such an early age. And finally to top off the sound, singer Josh Jaros soothes your mind with lyrics of divine inspirations suitable for listeners of all ages. Combined with energy of an unreal magnitude, and a high quality live performance Mystery Hole will bring life to any variety of listeners as demonstrated at all of over 75 live performances in the last 2 years at numerous clubs and venues in the Tri-State area. Presently the 5 members of Mystery Hole are working hard to build their musical wisdom, and are creating new music as they gear up for a college tour. |
